With more than 14 years experience in banking, Oana Delia Radu is Group Retail Director for Raiffeisen Bank with 16 subordinate agencies under coordination. Since taking over this job in 2011, Oana regards the customer as a source of inspiration whom she tries to know and find its perfect banking offer. ”The customer’s business is the most important for them, and their business become the most important for us”, says Oana.
Oana Delia Radu graduated the Economic Sciences College from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. Being an ambitious person, she got a job during university at Radio Contact, where she worked as a reporter and editor for 4 years. Looking back, Delia thinks that jurnalism was a headstone for her future activity.
After graduation, Oana went to a master’s degree in France, being the recipient of a scholarship offered to students actively implicated in education. After she came back, endowed with a new life experience she got hired as a Public Spokesman for a public institution. Her management abilities were recognized by a financial institution in 2002, when she started working in banking through a program called Young Managers. For 10 years, Oana Delia Radu occupied posts such as Customer Adviser, Agency Director, Area Director, and today she holds the position of Group Retail Director for Raiffeisen Bank.
Oana Delia Radu is involved in voluntary work to help the community, speaks English and French and sees the world around her in an optimistic view.
