Ioana has 27 years of experience, working in general management, senior consultancy, marketing, and sales. She is an expert in business process redesign, change management, and strategic marketing & communication.
Since 2012 Ioana is the General Manager of Amway Romania, Bulgaria and Greece and is happy to lead a team of visionary people that look for excellence in everything that they do.
Before she was Senior Consultant @ OMV Petrom, Business Unit Manager @GlaxoSmithKline, Marketing Manager @A&D Pharma.
